2021 Real Estate Photography Pricing & Policy Update

A little bit of things are changing for 2021!

How will this price and policy update effect you?

Starting January 1st 2021, all bookings will reflect the 2021 pricing guide listed below. This price and packages are also listed HERE

2020 has been absolutely insane and I cannot thank each and every one of you enough. You’ve helped me reach goals I never thought were possible.

2021 Pricing Guide

$20: Virtual Staging (single room)
$75: Drone Photos
$100: Video Walkthrough
$150: Interior & Exterior
Matterport: Starting at $150
$200: Interior, Exterior & Video Walkthrough
Starting at $300: Interior, Exterior, Drone Photos, Video Walkthrough, Matterport (under 2500sq ft.)

Travel Fees are applied to packages for over 50 miles one way

The biggest change aside from a small increase in price is that drone photos are no longer included interior/exterior packages. These are now a separate $75 charge that can be added onto packages.

As far as policy updates, also starting on January 1st 2021, you will use my new booking system HERE and you will be required to make payment full at the time of booking. These payments are non refundable but can be used as stated below.

In the instance that the booking may need to be rescheduled, the payment may be moved to a new date/time if available.

If the booking is canceled completely the balance can be moved to the next booking and a $50 cancellation fee will be added.

If the booking is cancelled 48hrs or less of the booking, your balance is then forfeited and will not be able to be moved.

Completed bookings will be delivered within 24 hrs of finishing.
